Enhancing editing of back up filters and showing more file details during backups.

Added: Extra new utility SourceRestore.exe added. It is basically a zip file restore/sync tool to extract only newer/changed files to a directory.
Apology, I discovered a bug in SourceRestore that seems to corrupt resx files when restoring them.

Added support to handle 'Source backup definition' files so you can load these files from Windows explorer and appear on Windows 7 jump lists.
